Our testing environment have the following characteristics.They are professional in appearance, free from distractions and comfortable and have a secure, lockable testing area and are easily accessible to the public.It provides access to people with disabilities, in compliance with local laws and regulations

OUR TESTING STAFF

- Our testing staff are all very professional and courteous at all times.
- They create a comfortable, pleasant environment for the candidate.
- They follow the candidate check-in and check-out steps as specified by our various vendors and sponsors. Only Certified Administrators may check in candidates for exams.
- They are trained to Keep all candidate and exam information confidential and locked up in a lockable safe office steel case locker when not in use.
- They maintain order and quiet in the testing room.
- They monitor every candidate during every testing session, for the entire testing session.
- They report all incidents by completing an incident report. They also respond to incident reports when necessary.
- Test center administrators are responsible for proctoring all exams and enforcing all security procedures.
- They are also responsible for managing daily test center communications as well as communications with corporate sponsor and technical support, various managers via telephone, online or via any other medium.

OUR TESTING STANDARDS
- To maintain adequate physical facilities in a location suitable to the requirements of the test center and the needs of examinees, which includes compliance with minimum legal requirements of the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA).
- To operate in a diligent manner to promote honesty, integrity, and fairness in all procedures.
- To operate under the guidelines of equal opportunity, affirmative action, and the ADA, as well as other local, state, and federal regulations.
- To protect the integrity of the test by following appropriate exam handling and storage procedures and by ensuring vigilant proctoring.
- To protect the confidentiality and rights of privacy of examinees and staff, defined by FERPA and other regulations.
- To adhere to program requirements of test sponsors in the administration of specific tests.
- To adhere to requirements and policies of institutions in the administration of exams and other assessments.
- To treat examinees in a fair, courteous, professional, and nondiscriminatory manner.
- To respond to examinee concerns with respect while maintaining the integrity of the test administration.
- To develop and implement site specific guidelines for test center operations and staff training.
- To evaluate the programs of the test center in an on-going, systematic, and comprehensive manner.
